Okay first things first, I didn't see the movie in 4D, I watched it in 2d and it's okay nonetheless. To break the movie down to the bare essentials, It ain't too bad that is if you're a ten year old or younger. Nonetheless the movie will do just fine in delivering the laughs, the thrills for the family. Starring Jessica Alba as a secret Agent and also a mum of three (step-mom of two?), Joel McHale the wannabe "Spy Catcher" and 3 little children that would obviously fill in the role of Spy Kids. The Stars of the previous movie also have their roles to fill in the movie and it's all good in that sense. Watch the trailer of Spy Kids: All the time in the World down below.
The movie is not all that bad but it's not close to good at all either. It's way to unrealistic but I guess there are reason for that as well. I watched it in 2D so I don't really know how awesome ( or how horrible ) it would look in the screen in 4D but anyway in my own honest opinion, the movie failed to impress me because mainly it's not a movie that I would usually find myself watching. the humour wasn't really up to the pitch and It was rather blunt and boring all through out. Nonetheless I spent the time (and boy what a waste that was) to be able to create a verdict of my own.
Is it awesome? Spy Kids: All the Time in the World is dull. I'll give it a 3 out 10. It's bad. It's just bad. It tries to be funny but that's about it. But I do believe that kids would love this movie because of the unrealistic level of eyecandy. Looks like the Spy Kid franchise has ran it's course but I won't be expecting a follow up after this one.
