When I first saw the trailer for this movie at Star Movies, I thought to myself, Hey! That looks cool, I'll go download that movie. And so I did, I watched the movie from start up to the finished and with all the spectacle it brought in as seen on my screen, I was actually really really disappointed that I wasted so much bandwidth on this movie and should have instead watched it on TV.

The main idea is great! Aliens coming in to destroy the world and harvest human brains with they're ever so bright blue light that attracts every single human for that matter as it shines through. Huge Alien spaceships float above skyscrapers, military drones and a b2 bomber resiliently flies to their doom only for nothing in the end. And that is pretty much what the movie is about. If you're interested on what the movie has to offer (well there ain't much really) read on.

This movie is just disappointing in my own point of view, it started of really great and well it never really progressed into something worth of a story after the initial push to that right direction. Visually impressive I had to add but that's about it, there seems to be a lot of "missing information" in this movie and I just could not figure out what is "exactly going on" and it's quite a bummer to just see a group of people trying to survive and there is nothing else to it.

Awesomeness: 6! Visually impressive but felt empty and dull for an adventure action movie. There seems to be no deeper story or maybe a relevance to worldly stuff in this one at all in my own opinion.
